Workshop
Point Zero will soon have a fully equipped rigging workshop that can handle literally any rigging job that comes our way. With full time riggers no job is beyond our capabilities, nor too small! (the new facility is being built as we speak and should be fully operational soon)
This includes amongst a host of others:
Reserve Repacks - squares, tandems and rounds!
Assembly and packing of new equipment
Cypres services
Cypres battery replacement
Canopy relines
Canopy repairs - patches and new cells
Velcro replacement
ROL/BOC conversions
Conversions to hard housings etc etc
All our work in fully guaranteed and finished to a very high standard. We are proud of our skills and find it irresistible to show them off.
Rigs can be dropped off at the rigging workshop at Hinton Airfield for maintenance work to be carried out. Alternatively we can arrange a courier collection of your rig and deliver it back to you, at a very reasonable delivery charge.
We will also offer a super fast while-u-wait service for those times that you need to have the rig back on the road as soon as possible once the building of our new facility is complete.
You will soon be able to drop the rig off with us any time up to 4.00pm and we will turn your reserve repack around in under 3 hours. Your equipment will be fully serviced and the main canopy also completely inspected. It is advisable to arrange this in advance where possible!
For the new skydiver we can offer a comprehensive instruction on main canopy packing, so if you are new to skydiving or would like to improve your packing techniques, please feel free to discuss your requirements with the workshop manager.
